By using Cheddarhead Analytics — the free tools, the newsletter, or a paid Cheddarhead+ membership — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. It's plain-language on purpose; nothing here is meant to surprise you.

WHAT THIS IS

Cheddarhead Analytics is an NFL analytics and commentary site: data dashboards (Drive Tracker, Player Card, Team Performance, Franchise Performance), the public Bankroll, and Beat the Professor. It's for information and entertainment. It is not financial advice, investment advice, or gambling advice, and nothing on the site should be treated as a guarantee of any outcome — the models are good, not psychic, and they've been wrong before.

ACCOUNTS

Membership accounts are created and managed through Ghost. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. One account per person — don't share paid logins.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

• Cheddarhead+ is billed monthly or annually through Stripe, via Ghost's checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime from your Ghost account portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Charges already processed are generally non-refundable except where required by law; if something billed incorrectly, email us and we'll make it right.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically query the site or its API beyond normal, individual use.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish the data or tools as your own product.
• Attempt to bypass membership gating, rate limits, or admin-only pages.
• Impersonate another person, including submitting Beat the Professor picks under someone else's identity.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for accounts or IPs that violate these terms, with or without notice, at our discretion.

THE BANKROLL & BEAT THE PROFESSOR

The Bankroll is a transparency and entertainment project — the Professor logs his own picks, wins and losses both, for informational purposes only. The Professor does not sell picks, does not endorse any sportsbook, and nothing there is a recommendation to place a bet. Beat the Professor is a free prediction game; it has no cash prize, and points/standings can be corrected if a data error is found.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The site's design, tools, written analysis, and the Professor's voice are ours. Underlying play-by-play data is sourced from nflverse, an open-source project. NFL team names and logos referenced on the site are the property of the NFL and its member clubs, used here for identification and commentary only — Cheddarhead Analytics is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the NFL or any team.

DISCLAIMERS

The tools and data are provided "as is." We work to keep the numbers correct but don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uptime — a wrong stat is a bug, and we'll fix it when we find or are told about it, but we're not liable for decisions made based on it.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent allowed by law, Cheddarhead Analytics isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We'll update the date at the top when these change, and email active members ahead of anything material.
